Deloitte Click & Coach testimonial

About a year ago, we launched the Click & Coach system with our client Deloitte. Sophie Lethimonnier, HR Director Deloitte France & Francophone Africa, and Cécile Saborin, Learning Business Manager, look back on this experience and how the Click & Coach remote coaching platform accelerates the development of the Group's talents.

What was the trigger for all of these coachings?

Sophie Lethimonnier: “We launched the Click & Coach device about a year ago, it was in February 2021. Before, we used to do traditional face-to-face coaching, and we wanted to give more scope to these devices. However, we had not yet initiated the process. And then the health crisis came with a number of constraints, but also the fact that we realized that we could do a lot of things remotely and that it worked. It must be taken into account that this crisis generated a lot of expectations on the part of employees who really wanted and needed more individualized support.
When we talk about individualized support, of course, we think of professional coaching, and as a certified coach, I know the full power of these systems.”

 

According to what criteria did you choose Talentis with its Click & Coach offer?

Sophie Lethimonnier: “In a fairly traditional way, I referred to: “cost, quality, deadlines”. The most important criteria for us were clearly the criteria related to the quality of the coaches, and therefore somewhere in the selection process, which had to be fine and thorough. We wanted to make sure that we had coaches who would really meet the expectations of our employees.”

 

Cecile Saborin: “One of the points that was very important for us and which was linked to our organization, was the ability to be equipped with a reporting tool that would allow us to follow the coaching in progress, and this in six different professions. Today, we have 24 coaching programs, so that was a key point for us.”

 

Sophie Lethimonnier: “Last but not least, was the ease of use of the platform. To do this, we involved the HR managers who were the prescribers, the users of the platform, and we got a “go” from all those we asked for. So we started.”

 

Your coached talents are very demanding, what do they say about coaching with Talentis?

Sophie Lethimonnier: “Our coachees tell us about excellent coaches, quality support and a keen eye. On a daily basis, this finally brings them a lot of efficiency. They talk about an “actionable” side of coaching that pays off every day in their actions.”

 

What did Click & Coach achieve that you could not have succeeded with traditional coaching?

Cecile Saborin: “Working on Click & Coach allows us to implement coaching in a very fast and very operational way. Once we have defined a need, we are able to launch coaching for several employees in a few days. We could never have done that with a traditional coaching offer.”

 

Sophie Lethimonnier: “The Click and Coach system allowed us to have a greater scale and to give the impetus we expected in relation to coaching. This allowed us to reach a lot more employees, and more diverse collaborators. We have gone from a few dozen forms of support per year to a few hundred today, and we cover all of our activities. Beyond this scale, we have also been able to deploy more varied programs, both Flash Coaching programs, traditional programs, which are therefore a bit longer, 360 programs, with a questionnaire, a debriefing followed by support for a few sessions, etc.... We have also set up programs to prepare for taking up a position or for changes in rank.”

 

Cecile Saborin: “Click & Coach now allows us to follow all the coaching sessions in progress. This allows, operationally, our HR to follow the coachees on their perimeter. As for me, this will allow me to have a vision of this entire program and to have a consolidated vision, down to the detail of the person and their coaching journey.”

 

In your opinion, what do coachees appreciate about being supported remotely?

Cecile Saborin: “Our coachees appreciate the fact that they have a description of the program in the platform, it is a help for them. In addition, what is most important is the quality of the coaching and the coachee experience.”

 

What do you like about running the program with Talentis?

Cecile Saborin: “Very spontaneously, it is the quality of the relationship that we were able to develop with Talentis, in particular with the program director and our operational contact, who operates on a daily basis on our coaching sessions. Availability, flexibility, listening, the adjustment of the response to talents as well as to our needs. We are really in a very constructive, effective and high quality relationship.”
