Press release: Aude Bohu is appointed CEO of Talentis

A leader in Executive Coaching and leadership development for over 20 years, Talentis' mission is to develop responsible leaders through tailor-made individual and collective coaching programs. Talentis joined the Human & Work group, European leader in People at Work, in July 2022.

Deputy CEO since 2022, Aude Bohu joined Talentis in 2008. Among her challenges as CEO, Aude will accelerate the development of Talentis in France and internationally, in particular with the launch of the Spanish subsidiary in early January 2024, and through the increasing development of synergies with the other areas of expertise of the Human & Work group. Aude succeeds Valérie Rocoplan, founder of Talentis, who left the company in December 2023.

A graduate in Economic Sciences from Paris Nanterre University and NEOMA Business School, Aude joined Talentis in 2008 as a coach and project manager. She then became Program Director then Associate Director and VP Partner, before being appointed Deputy Director General in 2022.

Previously, Aude spent nearly 20 years at SC Johnson, in management positions in Marketing and Sales, in an international environment. A member of the Management Committee for 7 years, she co-managed numerous strategic projects (business development, organization, acquisition...) in a context of strong transformation and intense competition.

In her coaching practice, Aude also knows how to make use of her past as a former athlete (10 years of swimming competitions, including a stint with the France junior team) to encourage and challenge talents and allow the people and teams she supports to enable the people and teams she supports to fully exploit their potential.
